Another super fast & simple green smoothie recipe for you today! I can’t stress enough how well green smoothies will help you incorporate fresh vegetables into your diet. Eating enough vegetables is critical to obtain protein, calcium, and more. A raw food diet comprised of too much overt fat (nuts, oils, etc) and sugar without greens & veggies will leave you feeling lethargic and potentially deficient in the long run.

Banana Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

3 cups frozen banana
1 medium zucchini
2 cups coconut water
2 stalks celery
4 cups spinach

Directions:

Blend until smooth in high-speed blender such as a Vitamix. Enjoy!
