Bloat-Buster Green Juice


Want to look and feel your best? If you’re feeling a little bloated for whatever reason, I’m here to help. This simple juice recipe is packed with celery and lemon, two foods that naturally help your body bust the bloat. Celery is rich in phytochemicals called phthalides as well as flavonoids, all of which reduce inflammation. Likewise, lemon juice aids with digestion. I’ve combined them in a delicious juice for you.


Bloat-Buster Green Juice


3 heads of celery
2 large lemons, peeled
2 small apples (or one large)


Juice, strain if necessary to remove excess pulp, and enjoy!
