Curry Vegetable Chop Salad


This simple recipe is bold, crunchy, and delicious. Plus, it’s made with inexpensive ingredients that are easy to find in any market.



Curry Vegetable Chop Salad


1/2 sweet onion, diced

3 stalks celery, diced

2 cups chopped purple cabbage

1/2 cup raisins

1 large apple, chopped

1 medium zucchini, chopped

1-2 dashes garlic powder

1-2 dashes onion powder

4-5 dashes curry powder or to taste

1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Juice of ½ lemon

Juice ½ medium orange


In large salad mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with salad claws until well-mixed.
