Quintessential fast food on a raw vegan diet. Fresh is best but I live in the real world and want you to succeed there, too. Keeping frozen fruit in your freezer as a staple is a fantastic way to ensure you’ve always got some grab-n-go grub. Not to mention these kinds of milkshakes are ridiculously delicious!

Dairy-Free Coconut Mango Milkshake

Ingredients:

4 cups frozen banana
2 cups frozen mango
2 cups coconut water

Directions:

Blend in Vitamix or other high-powered blender. If your blender isn't powerful enough to emulsify this, use your food processor. Enjoy!
