Fresh produce tastes best & provides the most nutrition. If you have any farm stands or a farmer’s market nearby, become a regular customer! In terms of nutrition per dollar, THAT’S where you’ll score the most money-saving deals. Forget extreme couponing. (Well, a lot of it. Not saying it’s all bad.) Most of the savings go towards products that make you sick in the long run. And don’t worry if there are no farm stands near you. You can still achieve great health with conventional produce found at any grocery store.
