Fresh Orange Salad with Basil and Red Pepper

Ingredients:

3 oranges sliced into small segments (cut out “v” shapes omitting membranes)
1 sweet red pepper or red bell pepper, thinly sliced or julienned
1 handful fresh basil, julienned
Cracked black pepper to taste
OPTIONAL: If you enjoy raw onion, you can add thinly sliced raw red onion to this salad along with a tiny pinch of pink salt.

Directions:
