Alone time in nature is so important to calm your mind and get you focused on what matters most. Can you find a little time to get outside today, breathe the air, and just be? Even 10 minutes can make a difference. I can give you a thousand recipes but food isn’t always everything.

Journeying into raw foods is a lifestyle of getting back in touch with your overall health and healing/evolving the totality of you.
