Go Green in 2014!


This delicious green smoothie is a classic Natalie-style recipe. That means it’s super creamy, cold, and sweet like a milkshake. I have a pretty decadent palate so you know if I drink it, it’s got to be an awesome smoothie capable of pleasing even the most dubious.



4-5 frozen bananas in chunks
4-5 curly kale leaves, stems removed
6-7 dates, pits removed
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 young coconut (meat & water)
1 cup water or as needed
½ pomegranate


Blend in Vitamix or other high-powered blender until emulsified. Make sure you put the greens and liquids at the bottom. Store in glass jars with plastic lids for best freshness.
