Delicious and EASY!
For all you chocolate brownie and Nutella lovers out there, this all-raw, vegan, no-bake, gluten-free, super simple recipe will give you FAST, delicious and decadently healthy results. This easy raw food recipe is perfect for a treat at home when you’re craving chewy gooey chocolate! It’s also great for bringing to social events to make sure you have at least one healthy treat available for yourself that you can also proudly share with other guests. Just double or triple the recipe and you’re set!

No fancy culinary skills are required, but this raw vegan recipe still yields a tremendous result. That’s my kind of recipe. I like to keep things simple and delicious so that the raw food diet will fit into your real lives. We’re all busy, and we all want viable, healthy alternatives to the junk food we’re bombarded with in mass media, on store shelves, and in restaurants. The great news is that a raw food diet can work for anyone with a fairly minimal learning curve.

And the best kept secret of raw vegan recipes: They taste BETTER than any food I’ve ever personally tried. I only wish someone had taught me the raw food diet when I was younger! Hazelnut Brownie Bites

Ingredients:

1 cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup raw cashews
1 tablespoon vanilla bean powder
5 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon pink salt
15 medjool dates, pits removed
½ cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons date sugar (or coconut sugar)
¼ cup warm water

Directions:

Process all ingredients in food processor using your “S” blade until thick, doughy ball is formed. Spoon chunks into mini muffin pan cups. Refrigerate until solid. Enjoy!
