I like to keep things simple and delicious so that the raw food diet will fit into your real lives. We’re all busy, and we all want viable, healthy alternatives to the junk food we’re bombarded with in mass media, on store shelves, and in restaurants. The great news is that a raw food diet can work for anyone with a fairly minimal learning curve.

And the best kept secret of raw vegan recipes: They taste BETTER than any food I’ve ever personally tried. I only wish someone had taught me the raw food diet when I was younger! But that’s why I’m here now, to teach you everything I know so that you can benefit and accelerate your own learning process.
