Let’s Plan for Your Raw Food Success.

Let’s plan for tomorrow. For your success on your raw food journey. For your best health. Your best life.

When you wake up every morning, are you setting yourself up for success? Are the tools and ingredients that support you readily available? What’s in your raw food kitchen?

Are you honoring the only body you’ll get to inhabit in this one precious lifetime?

Are you nourishing yourself with the best foods possible?

Where are your priorities? What’s going to come FIRST.

It might be a cliche to say, “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.” But it’s true!

Invest in YOU, your most precious resource.

Create a new habit of making one green smoothie every day. You don’t have to change your entire life overnight. Doing that could be overwhelming and cause a snap-back effect, causing you to feel guilty or to give up. Focus on creating habits that stick. Make it easy for yourself.

Invest in a great blender. Think that’s too pricey? Is there any expense in your life that could be eliminated temporarily? Do you eat out? Go to the movies? Drink cocktails? Pay for cable? Buy coffee drinks? New clothes? Trips? Drop all of it for a couple of months and you will be able to afford the best blenders available.

Pick up some glass jars with plastic lids to store your smoothies for convenient grab-and-go nutrition.

Keep fruit ready and in plain view on your kitchen counter tops. Keep peeled bananas and other fruits such as berries and pineapple chunks ready to go in your freezer. Keep washed leafy greens in your refrigerator.

Be open to shifting. Be open to change. Declare to the Universe: “I am READY and ABLE to be UNCOMFORTABLE for as long as it takes to change.”

Whatever situation you’re in, I guarantee someone else has been there and can help support you, too. Please reach out to me on Facebook and share your story and your struggles. I can probably help you because I have been through so much myself. Also sign up for my email list to stay connected. Support makes a big difference when it comes to long-term success.

So. Are you ready for tomorrow? What’s your vision? And what steps can you take right now to support that vision?

Yours in delicious heath,
