“I’m Always Hungry” Go Bananas!

If you’re always hungry, eat! Just eat the foods your body needs, not the ones that trip you up and sneak on excess pounds or lead to other health issues. It kills me when I see overweight people thinking they have a problem with an insatiable appetite when really they just need the right foods.

It genuinely hurts my heart when people beat themselves up, thinking they simply lack willpower or need a gastric bypass in order to lose weight. There’s nothing inherently wrong with you. You are NOT a defective model. You’re hungry and normal. You’re just trapped in a weird time in history when our food choices are dangerously addictive and unhealthy.

Once you start consistently giving your body the nutrition it needs in abundance, you’ll discover it’s virtually impossible to overeat ever again. Weight will finally drop off and you will emerge the healthy, jovial person you deserve to be for the rest of your life.

Fruit is your friend. It will quiet your appetite and give you endless energy. Snack on fruit throughout the day. Doing so will change your life for the better.
