Italian-Style Heirloom Tomato Crisps
Italian-Style Heirloom Tomato Crisps
These crisps burst with tomato flavor and satisfy any desire to snack. They are also incredibly easy to make.
The only part that’s difficult is waiting for them to dehydrate, (and of course you’ll need a dehydrator), so be sure to make a big batch and store them. That way, you’ll have them handy for grab-n-go convenience.
You can make these taste cheesy and pack more punch by using nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder. Or you can make them milder by omitting those ingredients. It’s up to you! With raw foods, it’s fun to get creative and play in the kitchen. So don’t worry if you’re ever missing an ingredient from of of my recipes. Just use what you have available.
