Nacho Cheeze Tomato Sliders

Nacho Cheeze Tomato Sliders

Nacho Cheeze Tomato Sliders

Quick, fresh, easy plant-based recipes are the key to daily success on a raw foods diet. I love recipes like these Nacho Cheeze Tomato Sliders because they are so simple, yet so tasty and satisfying at the same time.

Anyone who visits my home and doubts the power of raw foods winds up getting to try some of my recipes, and this is the kind of meal where people will initially say, “Oh, I can’t get full off of vegetables.” Then once they are done, they are so full that the mere idea of heading out to grab a pizza or burritos afterward is preposterous.

They are amazed that raw vegan food not only tastes great, but also shuts off their appetite leaving them satisfied and energized. That magical, liberating effect is how I lost oodles of weight following two complicated pregnancies that left me feeling lethargic and hopeless, wondering if I’d ever get those pounds off.

Yes, sometimes you can really go gourmet with the fancy dehydrated raw food recipes. But we all live fast-paced lives these days and don’t always have time for that. Likewise, fresh water-rich fruits and vegetables give you the greatest nutritional bang for your buck while filling you up.
