Natalie’s Basic Macadamia Nut Cheeze

Macadamia Nut Cheese

This is a very basic, staple cheese recipe that you can build off of later on. Experiment by adding dried spices, or fold in fresh chopped herbs when done. This will stay fresh for about a week in the fridge. You can cut the recipe in half if you want to make less. Use as a spread, to dip veggies, or any other purpose you desire.


Natalie’s Basic Macadamia Nut Cheeze


2 cups raw macadamia nuts
½ cup water to be used as needed
1 tsp pink salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp probiotic powder (optional)


Place macadamia nuts, salt, and probiotic powder in Vitamix or other high-powered blender. Using the tamper, slowly start to blend, drizzling small amounts of water until creamy consistency is achieved.
