Is it fast? Simple? Delicious? Those are key elements of most of my raw food recipes. You can enjoy this fresh salsa with just about anything. Here, I’ve paired it with fresh crunchy lettuce leaf cups and creamy sliced avocado for a flavorful, satisfying meal.

Natalie's Fresh Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

1 large mango, peeled & cubed

1 cup cilantro, minced

1 large tomato, cubed

Juice from 1 lime

1 tsp lemon juice

1 pinch pink salt (optional)

2 tbsp minced red onion (optional)

Directions:

Mix together ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
