Peachy Green Smoothie


Here’s your Green Smoothie recipe of the day!
Green smoothies are an excellent and simple source of powerful nutrition. Blend some up every Sunday night or Monday morning for quick grab-n-go meals as you begin your week.


Peachy Green Smoothie


5 stalks of celery
3 cups baby spinach
5 medjool dates
2 large ripe peaches
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen banana
2-3 cups water or coconut water as needed for consistency


Blend with water & greens at the bottom & other ingredients added on top. This recipe filled my Vitamix blender. Store extra in glass canning jars with plastic lids.
