Raspberry Vanilla Parfait

Get romantic with this fast and simple raspberry vanilla parfait!

Fully raw vegan and so deliciously creamy, this raw food dessert is perfect any time of day and any day of the year!

I used to have, well, let’s just call them issues….with ice cream. I was addicted to it! I couldn’t stop eating it once I started. It was a big time trigger food, and it made me look awful, frankly. Raw vegan banana ice cream to the rescue!

You can make this parfait with any other kind of berry you might have handy in your kitchen. Try blueberries or strawberries, for example. They’re all delicious in this dairy-free ice cream recipe.

Raspberry Vanilla Parfait


3 cups frozen banana chunks
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp maca powder
1 tsp vanilla bean powder


In high-speed blender, blend 2 cups of banana with maca and vanilla bean until thick soft-serve ice cream texture is achieved. Set aside in a bowl in the freezer. Add remaining banana and berries to blender and blend until creamy. Place alternating layers of ice cream into bowls, glasses, or cups of your choosing. You can get the mini glasses pictured here.
