Raw Food for a Busy Life
Life’s been extra busy lately. Filled with fast food raw vegan meals, lots of smoothies, salads, fruit as snacks, and my favorite – zucchini noodles with any variety of toppings, especially fresh herbs.
Pictured above, you can see how I’ve tossed some raw hemp seed, nutritional yeast, cilantro, chipotle chili powder and fresh citrus with zucchini noodles for my simple, nutritious, filling raw vegan dinner. If you don’t have one already, pick up a spiral slicer to make fast and abundant raw plant-based noodles easily. It’s one of my favorite tools for a raw food kitchen!
Quick, easy, clean, delicious food keeps me going. Today, I worked out for three hours and it’s extra important for me to eat LOTS of veggies to build quality tissue in my body and recover from all the hard work.
