Raw Vegan Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

Raw Vegan Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

  • No flour, no sugar, no dairy, no problem!
  • Fast and easy raw vegan dessert
  • Healthy fruit transforms into thick rich dairy-free ice cream
  • Natalie is a goofball. A goofball who loves you.

I have to lead this off with an apology. I’m not a fan of women apologizing for themselves all over the place, but I truly feel (kinda) bad about this.

Last night, my son and I enjoyed an incredible peach ice cream that I whipped up on the spot. It tasted just like a real peach cobbler, only without the flour, sugar, and dairy fat that makes us obese and unhealthy. It was divine and we enjoyed every last bite! I decided to film little clips of the process just for fun, and the video has resulted in me receiving tons of questions along with people searching for the recipe. Here is the video, which appeared on my Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube:

In the recipe below I linked to some products you can use to make it. Full disclosure: If I include an Amazon link, I might get a small commission if you purchase through my link. Doing so helps support costs associated with running this website as free online raw vegan educational resource for all. So, thank you so much! Your support means the world to me and makes a difference in the lives of others.

I am all about empowering you with knowledge and easy-to-use resources, so it’s upsetting to me that anyone would visit my site and not be able to locate a recipe for this amazing vegan ice cream! It’s too good not to share. So I apologize for not having a beautiful professional photo shoot to accompany this recipe. But here’s an ugly duckling screen grab of my actual bowl of it while filming the video above:

To atone for this lack of foresight, I present you with a photo of me…with a peach, er, nectarine on my head. An embarrassing little outtake from a photo shoot, of which I have many. (Whoever says modeling is easy has never spent an hour in front of a camera. Those women get my respect.)

This peach cobbler ice cream was so good that it silenced us from all conversation, haha. Enjoy the recipe! I’ve posted it below. You can adapt it for just about any serving size if you just follow the ratios of ingredients. You could also use nectarines in place of peaches, too.

Succeeding on a raw food diet is all about using what you have and doing your best with what is available. This is a FUN lifestyle, not a stressful one! Always remember that, and be sure to subscribe to my newsletter and reach out to me for support. I’m almost always online and love hearing from all of you!

Yours in delicious heath,

Raw Vegan Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

4-5 frozen bananas broken into chunks
2 frozen sliced peaches
2-3 tsp ground cinnamon
2-3 tsp vanilla bean powder (just use the best vanilla you have; progress, not perfection)

Blend in food processor fitted with "S" blade or high-powered blender, scraping down the sides while the machine is paused, if needed. (Never try to scrape down a blending container while it is running!) Adjust vanilla and cinnamon to your liking. The more banana you use, the creamier it will be. The more peaches you use, the more it will be like a sherbet. I personally like it creamier. This truly tastes like a peach cobbler! Enjoy!
