You know I’m all about dips, dressings, and sauces. Having some go-to dip and sauce recipes can make it much easier to get enough raw vegetables in your daily diet. Going raw doesn’t mean eating boring food! Here’s a delicious recipe that’s easy to make and packs a lot of flavor. Perfect if you have the munchies and want to park it on the couch and watch a movie on your Friday night. Just dip sliced raw zucchini “chips” into this dip to your heart’s content! Or bring it to a party with a big veggie tray. People will love it and it will give you a conversation starter to share your raw vegan journey with others.

Raw Vegan Red Pepper Tahini Dip


3 baby sweet red peppers or ½ large red bell pepper, seeded
Pinch of pink salt or to taste
Juice of one medium orange
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup raw tahini (sesame seed butter)
1-2 dashes of garlic powder


Blend in a high-powered blender until creamy consistency is achieved. Dress with additional chopped bell pepper.
