Simple, Creamy Vegan Milkshake


Who needs dairy milk when you can start your day with a creamy vegan milkshake? Made with:

Frozen banana
Frozen mango
Fresh raw coconut water

Simple and SO delicious!


Simple, Creamy Vegan Milkshake


One part frozen mango to two parts frozen banana.
3-4 cups fresh raw coconut water as needed for consistency.


Blend with water & greens at the bottom & other ingredients added on top. This recipe filled my Vitamix blender. Store extra in glass canning jars with plastic lids.
