Ingredients:
6-7 large stalks of celery
2 bananas, fresh or frozen
2.5 cups of pineapple, preferably frozen
4 cups of water or as needed
Directions:
Place celery and water into your high-speed blender container first, followed by banana and pineapple. Blend thoroughly and enjoy immensely! May be prepared 1-2 days in advance and stored in glass jars with plastic lids for grab & go convenience.
