How to sneak a large salad into your smoothies! You will love this smoothie not only for its fresh and lively flavor, but also for its SUPER cleansing properties. Talk about anti-bloat!

Sneaky Salad Smoothie with Blueberries

Ingredients:

6 stalks of celery, ends cut off
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 large Cara Cara orange
1 young Thai coconut, water & meat
2 cups of blueberries
15-20 average sized dates, pits removed
2 cups of water or as needed for texture

Directions:

If your blender is of average power, remember to blend in stages adding water as you go. Always place your greens and some liquids in the bottom of the blender first, then add other ingredients on top. Make sure fruit is in chunks, especially with a weaker blender. Blend until emulsified.
