Staying on Track: Back to School


Let’s talk about Back-to-School!

Are you a parent or student adjusting to the hectic energy of back-to-school?

When thrown off your usual schedule and confronted with rapid change, it can be easy to get off track with your diet and exercise.

My advice is to go easy on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up if you find you’re temporarily a little off track.

And to help you get back on track and/or stay there, keep a lot of fruit handy to snack on. Stock up on pre-washed salad greens to save time. Remember to drink your water. And try to get to bed early! (That’s key.) A new routine will emerge soon.

Stress, even positive stress, is draining and distracting. I’m here to support you! Stay focused on your long-term goals.

Oh and, there are only 124 days left until Christmas. I’m kidding! I’m kidding! Don’t worry about anything except for today. Make today great. Make yourself great! YOU are worth it.
