Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Ingredients:
4 frozen bananas, chunked
3 cups frozen strawberries
10 medjool dates
1 young Thai coconut, water & meat
1-2 tablespoons organic vanilla powder or liquid (All vanilla tastes different, so start with one tablespoon and add more if needed.)
1-2 cups of water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Start with less!
