Juice cleanses can be too-much-too-soon for people starting out in the raw foods lifestyle. Try giving yourself a MINI juice cleanse on your day off for just half the day. For example, you could make a habit of juicing every Saturday morning through afternoon. I want you to succeed for the long haul, not just the short-term. It’s OK to start slow. That way, you’ll form lifelong healthy habits.

Tomato Pepper Celery Juice

Ingredients:

5 red bell peppers, seeded (or equivalent of other sweet peppers)
5 large tomatoes
2 heads of celery
1 large apple

Directions:

Juice, strain, enjoy!
